You will have one gated underground parking spot. All hardwood flooring and recessed lighting. Washer/dryer in the unit. The complex has tons of amenities including 3 pools, 3 spas, fitness center, sauna, tennis courts, a racquetball, and a basketball. The community is gated and has private security roaming 24/7. Unfortunately, no charging station for electric vehicles. Rent is $1400/month for one person, or $1900/month for two people (all utilities included in rent). This is a no pets unit. Security deposit is $500, but this can be removed with proof of good credit (i.e., creditkarma). Term is month-to-month with no lease obligation. First month rent will be prorated as needed. The room is currenlty used as a guest room. The room does not come furnished; pics of furnished room are provided for sizing/setup options. Bed in pic is queen (for size reference). I live in the unit with my wife. I am an engineer in biotech, and she is finishing up at UCLA this year, and we are looking for someone professional.
