The neighbors are very friendly and everyone knows each other by name here. This is a very quiet neighborhood, a great place for kids to run around, ride bikes and explore the canyons but not a great place for loud parties or loud people. The house has a westerly facing view of San Diego's downtown, Point Loma, San Diego bay and on a clear day you can see the Coronado islands to the south. The house has 2 bedrooms and a extra add on room off of the kitchen which our prior tenants have commonly utilized as another sleeping area. There are 2 bathrooms, 2 dining areas and a modest kitchen. There is a small covered deck off the back room an excellent place to enjoy your morning coffee or for watching the sun set. There is a single car garage with laundry hook-up and a adjacent covered patio to store things. The yard itself is very low maintenance with areas to garden if you would like.
