Living room has a couch, a coffee table, a side table, and a TV and stand. Dining room has a table with two folding chairs, and kitchen has a full counter bar with four bar stools. There is also a clothes washer and dryer in the condo. Kitchen has side-by-side fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and food disposal -Central air/heat -Ground level walkout with small patio -One reserved secure parking space (garage) -Includes cable, internet, water/sewer, and clubhouse/pool access, and access to two different hot tubs. -Clubhouse has a small gym. -Your only out of pocket utilities would be gas and electric, if combined over $100. No subleases, although it would be okay if 3-4 occupants want to share rent. The Homeowner Association has limits on how many people can live in these condos, and I only want a maximum of 4 occupants living here. I would make an exception for a couple with three children for a total of 5 occupants. Month to month rent is okay, with 30 days notice of move out required of both parties, landlord and tenant. You are not locked into a 6 month lease, although I'm okay to do that if desired by tenant. Owner pays HOA fees, which cover all utilities except for gas and electric, which tenant would pay only if over $100 in a given month. So for most people, utilities would be fully covered! While living there for a year, my combined gas and electric were never higher than $95 with a family of four, and I will cover the first $100 of the combined gas and electric bills. If you want to have a pet, there will be an additional $250 deposit. If I remember right, HOA by-laws also have limitations on the number of pets, maximum of 2, I believe. Absolutely no smoking allowed.
