    This one story ranch house is on a corner with a detached garage two driveways plenty of off street parking. Originally there was an attached garage which has been converted into a large living room and there was a small addition built which is the laundry room. It has all nice energy efficient windows and during that project I tore down all the old siding and rebuilt every wall and insulated. On the outside I put up half inch foam board and wrapped in a wind barrier. I installed hardi plank cement siding new soffit fascia and gutters. The roof is about 8 years old GAF Timberline 30 year shingle. When I remodeled the bathrooms I had all new copper pipes installed and both bathrooms are still looking brand new. The kitchen was remodeled this past month new cabinets new tile floor. Every room was just painted and new trim installed. The pool is a year old and the yard is a good size. This house is move in ready doesn’t need any work whatsoever. So it has a laundry room kitchen two living rooms 3 bedrooms 2 full bathrooms. The house comes with all the appliances. I also had a brand new central air conditioner installed.
