My daughter lives in a side unit with a roommate of a main house and is currently looking to lease out the entire space from January 1 to July 30th. It's a lovely studio with a kitchen, full bathroom, and a room to decide whether you want to share the space with someone or leave it as a single. It has a lovely big backyard and is located off of El Cajon Blvd. It is also within walking distance of SDSU campus. The price for the entire unit is $1400. The lease will last from Jan 1st - July 31st only for 2022. A new lease can be negotiated after this lease though.
