Recently completely renovated historic cape cod home with well preserved vintage accents, newer flooring, appliances, and carpets. Two story, three bedroom two full baths. Large, bright , eat-in kitchen. Living room, dining rooms. Location offers Super Easy access to freeway entrance, downtown, Riverside Drive, Brookside shopping and restaurants, public transit. Quiet established neighborhood. Close to Gathering Place. Another attached apartment rented separately. Owner lives in back in detached apartment. Cigarette Smoking outside only in designated areas. We don't choose to rent to marijuana medical card holders who want to be able to use on our property. We have checked with our legal team and choose not to allow it in our home. We rent furnished with all bills paid but need guests to treat our property as they would their own home. Pets are allowed, up to two, up to 60 pounds. $100 non refundable fee for the first and $75 non refundable for the second. Our pet fees are low on purpose, because we adore animals and they are such an important part of our own family we don't want it to be cost prohibitive for other people. We just need to cover the basics. With that said, we will have to charge damages if carpets, floors, walls, and/or furniture are damaged by your beloved four legged furry friends. Absolutely no parties or events of any kind. We will find out. There is plenty of parking in front of the house for residents.
