I've personally lived in this home for 10 years prior to renting it. House has been continually updated. Included, but not limited to the following: HVAC/AC - 10 years old Plumbing - updated to more water efficient toilets and main plumbing within last 4 years. New garbage disposal. Also had a large portion of cast iron removed to replace with PVC (this happened in 2025). To allow for more efficiency and decrease of any odor Hot water heater replaced in May of 26 Windows - Updated living room and kitchen to energy efficient windows within last 10 years Outlets - updated majority of outlets to have 3 prong use in lieu of typical 2 prong found in neighborhood Laundry and dryer will be left - both replaced within last 12-16 months. If they break mid-lease they will be responsibility of tenant to replace/repair Majority of rooms have been repainted within last 4 years. Garage Door opener replaced within 5 years with more efficient and quiet opener. Landscaping has been kept up to date and will have tree's trimmed to keep leaf activity and dead branches at a minimum Technically available 9/1 but open to earlier move in if needed (no earlier than 8/1). Will look to schedule/set up tours of house sometime in mid/late July to best accommodate current tenants. Renter responsible for all utilities and provide proof of renter's insurance. First lease will be for minimum of 12 months, open to flexibility after that. Washer and dryer are provided (and 1 year old) but if they break during lease replacement is responsibility of tenant
