It worked very well for me and my previous tenant who moved out. I work hard to keep the house and bathroom clean. The room itself is larger than it appears and is able to fit a mattress, chest of drawers, nightstand, shelf, and TV just fine. The lease is for 1 year. Electric, water, trash, use of washer and dryer, and high speed Internet are included in the rental price. The total monthly rent for the bedroom is $700. The security deposit is $600. It can be accepted in installments if needed. A weekly or biweekly payment option is available at $175 a week or $350 every two weeks. Last month's rent is required for all payment options. Proof of income and passing a background check are additional move-in requirements.
