We are looking for more long term renters looking to sign a minimum of one year lease. The property is available to view any day located in fife conveniently right in between fife high school, middle school and catholic schools. 2 lights away from the freeway. Income requirements are 2.6 times the rent, with first month and deposit (1800) due at signing. With the new renovations there is a strict no pets policy.
