Apartment for Re-Lease - First Month Free!! I am moving out of Denver and I am looking for someone to take over the remainder of my lease. If you are interested, contact me and we can work together to schedule you a guided tour of my apartment with one of the apartment management staff, in case you have any other questions while touring the unit. As I would normally have to pay a high fee to end my lease early, I am offering you your first month's rent free, paid by me.
