This mobile home is located in Mountain Greens mobile home park. Right on a quiet corner next to the clubhouse/mail/newspaper. There is ample parking around this home as well as a front and back yard. Inside the home you will find two bedrooms and one bathroom. My grandmother lived in this house from 1991 to 2008. Then my father moved in in 2008 and recently passed away. We are looking to get rid of the home a soon as we can as the current occupier is moving out. As far as who can live in the park there are a few rules. You must be over the age of 18, and children are not allowed to live in the homes. I don't know the reasoning behind this but I can give you the park managers information if you have questions. I know many of the neighbors and you couldn't ask for better people around you. The house does need some work, you could consider it a fixer upper. There are two carports. It comes with a washer and dryer, refrigerator, new oven, dishwasher. As far as heating goes there is a wood fireplace and an electric furnace.
