The apartment is just a few minutes from Interstate 55 and Richardson Rd. The electricity is currently turned off in the unit. We would also fix below the window before you moved in. Landlord pays for the water and trash service. Tenant is responsible for all other utilities. A non-refundable $100 credit application and criminal report is run before a lease can be approved. The deposit amount is based on the credit application. Non-smoking is preferred. One cat is allowed. The non-refundable animal deposit is $150 and the rent increases by $20 per month.
