The pool and spa are private, and the equipment is brand new including night lights for late night swimming. The property comes with two Cruiser Bikes, two fishing poles, and two registered Golf Carts for your enjoyment. Our home is available monthly and yearly and shorter stays if they can be accommodated. Rent for this property will vary month to month based on seasonal demand. In long-term leases the tenant pays utilities and landlord pays HOA, gardener, pool, basic cable, and trash. We hope you love your stay at our desert resort getaway! Rent the entire month or by the night- call for nightly pricing! SEASONAL PRICING! Short term rental. Call for details! Owner pays for all utilities and HOA. If gas or electricity exceeds normal usage (capped at $300.00) owner reserves the right to use the security deposit to cover overages.
