this is a very quiet location away from high traffic, however business and highways are just a couple minutes away. Rent is due from the first to the fifth of every month, and late fees are additonal. After the 5th of any month $25 late fee, after the 15th day of any month an additional fee of $50 will be due and after the 25th a letter of "pay or move out" will be issued and/or file for eviction.. tenant assumes all charges pertaining to house including water usage and trash. there is and additional pet deposit of $300 which is not refundable.
