I am a Family Nurse Practitioner, working in Rosedale Minnesota. I (owner) occupy the back bedroom which has a separate entrance. Tenant will have their own room with a private bathroom. We will share the rest of the home, which includes the kitchen, living room, basement area which includes a laundry area and sauna. Other shared areas include breezeway (between the garage and house), three season porch, back yard, and garage. Utilities are included in tenant's rent and are in my name (internet, natural gas, heat, electricity, garbage, sewer, water, snow removal, and lawn maintenance). The home is currently furnished, but I can remove some of the furnishings and set aside in a separate area as needed. Owner welcomes small dogs, and all cats. Back yard is not fenced. Move in requirements include credit report, full background check, and first month's rent of $1,500, and a $500 deposit (refundable). If you have a pet, there is a $250 non-refundable deposit per pet. No smoking allowed inside the home. First month's rent plus a $500 damage deposit required. Small pets are allowed with a $250 non-refundable pet deposit. Parking in the driveway, in the garage, or on the street.
