The monthly rent of $3500 rent covers:: water / sewer / garbage; gas - (dual fuel kitchen range; living room gas fire place; home and water heating);; electricity - (lights; A/C ; gutter ice-melt-tape snow removal and yard maintenance. modest internet use.
