Hello Future Roommate, We have an opening in our beautiful 5 bedroom/2.5 bath Presidio home! The house is located .04 miles from the Lombard Gates, near the Marina/Cow Hollow area. The house is filled with 2 guys and 3 girls now, and unfortunately James is leaving the house to move to the north bay. We are hoping to find another great roommate to fill his spot in the house with the goal to keep the current guy/girl balance. The move-in date is mid-April and please note when apply to keep the presidio application in process which takes about 1-2 weeks as they don?t allow for move-in prior to them approving you. About the house: The house is over 2300 square feet with a total of 3 levels making it a big space for SF, and the layout for rooms is 4 bedrooms upstairs and 1 bedroom in the basement. The room available is upstairs and is the largest of the house being 15ft by 12ft. The house also has a full formal dining room, living room and basement common area which can effectively function as a second living room. We have a front porch (great for cocktails on a warm evening) and a full a yard. Additional perks include: PARKING, free express shuttle to downtown, a washer/dryer in the basement, and a dishwasher. As a group, we're all friendly responsible and clean. In our spare time we enjoy cooking, traveling and outdoor activities. We work hard but enjoy each other's company, and try to make time for occasional house dinners. We also live with a cuddly English bulldog (photo included), so you should probably love dogs. Sorry, but we're not permitted to have any more pets! We're looking for someone who is responsible, clean and social. We prefer someone with a busy schedule, who doesn't work from home regularly. And no couples please. Some Logistics: -- the Presidio Trust requires runs a routine background check on all tenants.
