One bedroom with attached personal bathroom and closet. Bedroom connects to shared living space which includes living room and kitchen/dining room. The bathroom and kitchen were recently remodeled. We have dogs and depending on your preference they can be kept in a separate part of the house. The bedroom has a fairly new queen size bed in it, but that can be removed before move-in if desired. Fridge and cabinet space will have to be discussed and shared. we are open to a mini fridge in the bedroom. All kitchen appliances and utensils are available for your use. The lease would be month to month. No waterbeds, no data farming. we must be notified in advance of overnight guests.
