We have lived here for 5 years without any issues. - Both rooms have their own private full bathroom ( as the pictures show). - It is not really a place to party as there is security 24/7. - 2 tandem parking spaces. - The kitchen was upgraded in less than one year ago with new counter tops, single bowl sink and upgraded faucet. - The stove and microwave are also new ( less than 1 year old). - Trash and water is included. - The balcony overlooks one of the pools (there are 4) and one of my favorite things about this floorplan is that when you are in the kitchen, the view is to the outside ( nature view)- while other kitchens face the hallways so people can see you and vice versa. - Facing the pool is not an issue for noise as it is rarely used. - Yes! Washer and dryer are in the unit! Huge PLUS! - It will NOT be furnished. - We are open to leave the TV mounts. Trash and water is included
