Two unfurnished bedrooms for rent in my spacious Beaverton home. $850/month per room + $100/month flat utilities. Rooms are next to each other (about 11x12 and 11x13), share a bathroom with double sinks, and have extra half bath access. Storage includes a coat closet, hallway closet, and kitchen space. I'm open to renting both rooms together at a discount if you want a bedroom + office setup. The house has a total of three bedrooms (I use one of them, two are available), two living rooms (I also use one of them but can share, other one is available), a full kitchen, fenced backyard, garage, and driveway parking. There's garage and two large shed storage spaces available. One of the sheds is rented to a contractor who occasionally stops by. They use the side gate, never come into the house or main yard, and usually give me a heads-up so I can let you know. The garage and other shed are available for your use. I'm in my late 20s, gay, laid-back, a student. I live with my mellow Great Dane so you'll need to be comfortable around big dogs. Open to another well-behaved, house-trained dog if they get along with mine. Quiet, respectful, LGBTQ-friendly home. Occasional guests are fine with a heads-up. Looking for someone clean, responsible, and easy to live with.
