    Reduced for a QUICK sale!! Had this home already under contract in two weeks being on the market, but buyer financing fell through, as well as two verbal offers, but were not accepted. Ready for your waterfront home just in time to start the season? Sellers did renovations on this home during their short time that improved quality and function. It was a planned forever home, but things changed course for the sellers and now need to move back up to PA. However, this home still needs work BUT is not a handyman special. You can still move right in. Previously, this home had a large fenced in area in the front of a home with an inground pool not in use. They had dug everything up and took up all the concrete and fencing. Soil and grass seed are going down shortly. This was done right before winter of 25'. They also put in a brand-new atrium foyer with a coat closet, skylights, LVP, sidelight main entry door with smart lock. Underneath was made into a little pet station but could be used as a little pantry or whatever creative thing you can think of. They also put in a brand-new split unit, and all new stainless appliances. Electric cooking was converted to propane gas as well...We aren't finished. The 15 ft high pellet stove wall had shiplap installed to match the nautical themed home. When you walk up the steps from the great room, immediately on your right there is a section of bedrooms. They took up all the flooring and had the floors reinforced and leveled. Afterwards brand-new top-grade padding and carpet went down. They were on their way to finishing the large attic space that is designated for a 5th bedroom but didn't make it in time before they had to move out. Up there you will see that it is very easy to finish as electric is already ran, and insulation exists. Be sure to stop on the catwalk and look out at the water. You will get to see the sunrise over the water right from your master bedroom! As there are still some things around the home that need sprucing up, majority of the work as already been done! Sellers are aware that work still needs to be done and layout may not suit everyone, therefore they remain flexible in price and finish work terms.
