Feel free to reach out with any questions or special request we're happy to help! **Pets: We love hosting them but we have very strict rules - We welcome Responsible Pet Owners: a) We have a maximum of one pet. b) Non-shedding/non-aggressive/ non-barking pets under 40 lbs are welcomed to join you for your stay. c) At the time of booking, you must make us aware of any pet(s) that will be staying in the unit. d) All pets must be kept on a leash at all times on the property until inside the unit with you. e) Pets are NOT get on any of the furniture including the couches or beds. In for consideration for future guests and those with allergies, and pet hair is very difficult and time consuming to clean for our housekeepers. f) Pets cannot be left openly unattended in the unit or outside by themselves. If you are leaving the property, they must be kept in a kennel or taken with you. g) Pets are not to dig in the back or side yard whatsoever. h) You must clean up and dispose of your pet's waste. Pets can relieve themselves in the back yard. Waste must then be disposed of in the trash bin in front of the home. Courtesy pet waste bags are supplied in the back yard.
