This house does not flood builder brought in red clay and laid down a hill then built house one of the neighbors uphill from me has water come in the back door, but water just flows aroud this house. I sleep very well!! Slab floor, vaulted ceiling in LR, new Paint inside, 2 miles fron exit 13 on i10, Amazon plant, walmart, Rouses, 5 mi or less from super Walmart on Rangeline and Lowes etc.... Quiet dead end street, only woods across street and neighbors on each side. 20x20 concrete slab in backyard for pool or?, does not flood into home built on a red clay hill by builder. New HVAC1.5 yrs old, water heater 1 yr, and dishwasher (2018)
