This is a nice house in a nice neighborhood. I lived in the house for 10 years, I am looking for someone that will respect the house and the neighbors as if it were their own. Nice vaulted ceiling downstairs, master has dual sinks with shower/tub, second bath upstairs is full bath with shower/tub, half bath downstairs. Master is nice size with walk-in closet, second room is also nice size with bay window, third room is on the average size with just the two windows. All floors are laminate except for the stairs which are carpet. Two car garage with opener, separate space for washer/dryer and small closet. Nice shed in the yard for storage, covered patio with small grass and garden area. Ceiling fans, with central heat and A/C, and plantation shutters throughout the house. Overall its a cute house with a nice layout. First months rent and security deposit ($3600) with credit check $45 Application fee for all applicants over 18. Again I am looking for a minimum 1 year and preferably much longer term tenant. Shopping centers (Costco, Target, Lowes, Kaiser, IBM, Hitachi), freeways 85/101, and CalTrain are all convenient from that location. Garbage included in rent. No Pets Garbage included
