College area / SDSU room for rent Students and non students are welcome. I have one room available for rent in a 4 bedroom / 3 bath house. Myself and one other occupant along with my two small and friendly dogs named "Biggie" and "Lil' Baby" live here. The room for rent is $1095mo and unfurnished. One of the bathrooms has recently been fully remodeled. It's nicer than my own. There is a fourth bedroom and I'm eventually going to be turning that into an office we could all share. There are several other work/study spots throughout the house though. About me, I'm an active 40 something commercial real estate broker and real estate investor. My roommate is a post doctoral mechanical engineer. Our work hours vary heavily and we come and go quite often with no fixed schedule. We're looking for one additional roommate, male or female, that is a positive individual and pursuing great things in life. Negotiable on lease terms. Month to Month, 6mo lease, 12mo lease, etc. There will be utilities that need to be paid by the room tenant. That amount is going to be $25+ dollars a month.
