The room measures 10 ft x 11 ft, includes a 3 ft x 2.3 ft closet, and has access to a shared bathroom. Total room and closet area is 116 square feet. - The room is furnished but can come unfurnished. The bathroom is shared with me. I am very clean and organized. Bi-weekly professional cleaning is provided. Rent is $750 per month PLUS shared bills: internet, electricity, water, and trash. I have solar panels, so the electricity bill is usually low. The internet bill is $40. The room is fully furnished. I am able to offer it unfurnished. See the room layout picture. The room and shared bathroom are marked in blue. The refundable security deposit is $300, with a $60 cleaning fee deducted at move-out. A six-month minimum lease is required. The room is available starting July 24, 2025. There is a $35 one-time screening service fee which includes credit screening and background check. If this rental doesn't work out, you can reuse this application for 30 days on Zillow. The room is furnished with a Murphy-style full-size bed, bed sheets, duvet, tall chest, 40-inch TV with Google TV voice control, mirror, and a side table with lamp. Can be unfurnished if preferred. Includes locking doorknob with key, blackout curtains, and standard blinds. No pets allowed. Bi-weekly housekeeping is provided for shared spaces including kitchen, living room, and bathroom. A $100 deposit is required to hold the room and remove the listing. This will go toward your security deposit. To offer peace of mind, I provide a redacted copy of my ID and a link to the County Assessor website to verify ownership. Rent can be pro-rated if you are moving in mid-month. House Rules Common courtesy is expected in the home. No parties, no loud noises at night, etc. Since utilities are shared, overnight guests are limited to a maximum of two nights.
