You must have car b/c there is no public transportation in the area. If you enjoy river view, water front, possibility of having your own garden and enjoy your grow vegetables, or may me a lifestyle on a farm. This is a place for you. Rent will be first, last, and a deposit of $250 for damages. I only check email once per day. Available showing: After 2pm everyday and weekend.
