You are also just steps from Whole Foods, so you can take advantage of the full kitchen. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel per guest is provided per stay. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM (a $75/hr late fee applies). Guests must not disturb neighbors at any time during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The apartment is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Additionally, the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID and confirm your contact information. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule. Maximum of 2 pets (40lbs combined) are allowed, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs [or similar breeds].
