Seems to work best for a parent or grandparent who needs a first floor bathroom, bedrooms kitchen etc. 1st Floor 4 bedroom 1 bath lower unit in a duplex with front porch, front & backyard. 3 medium size bedrooms & 1 smaller bedroom. 2 parking spots on the right side of the driveway only and on the street wherever it's legal. Short 1 page application for each adult. Work with section 8 or voucher housing. Tenants pay utilities & trash. Close to Cedar Street cata bus stops. Tenants shovel in winter & mow or hire a neighbor kid in summer. M2M Additionally simply that it's not living in a motel where the landlord will come plunge the toilet or change light bulbs. Nobody wants there landlord around anyway so it is understood the tenants will have responsibility living in the home.
