It's a daylight basement that can be seperated out between two families if you wish (can be a mother-in-law apartment). I rented out the bottom half to help with my mortgage payment. The top floor has 3 bedrooms, 1 office, 1 mudroom, 1 bathroom, a living room, a dining area and the kitchen. The downstairs has a living room, a dining area or rec area, an area that can be a makeshift kitchen, a laundry room, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. There is a huge backyard, it's on 0.70 acres, that includes a creek that is down below, but with stairs that lead down to it. RV parking as well and a 2 car garage right at the dead end of a cul de sac!! It's an amazing house that is very deceptive.....looks tiny from the front view. Neighborhood Description This is a wonderful home right at the end of the cul de sac.....you really can't get a more private setting not too far away from everything. There is Alden Creek that runs right behind the house, that you get a wonderful view of from the balcony. There is they YWCA in walking distance. These houses in this neighborhood are all well maintained and each have character....it's not a cookie cutter neighborhood. Really great neighbors!!! This neighborhood is in walking distance from Jennings Park too.... this park is AMAZING!!!! They have concerts in the park, a petting zoo, tons of nature walking areas, places to play ball....and of course kid play areas. It's HUGE!!! Seriously a wonderful neighborhood....oh and close to schools too and the Marysville Library....I can't say enough about it. The only reason I am thinking of moving is because I need to move closer to my kids father, so we can share custody and be in the same school district. It's getting too hard to commute them.
