Summer Lease Options July or August: $6,950 per month July and August together: $12,500 Tenant Requirements Qualified applicants should have excellent credit, verifiable income, and strong rental references. Applicants are required to view the property prior to submitting an application. A video showing may be considered if the applicant signs a viewing waiver. Applications must include a U.S. credit report and deposit verification. For leases under six months, a security deposit equal to one month's rent and all move-in funds are due at check-in.
