Two relatively small bedrooms, 9.5 x 9 (can fit a queen sized bed but this will only leave 2 ft on the three sides of the bed) and the other bedroom is 9 x 9. One small pet is permitted. We do not accept Section 8. We require a two year lease, fair to good rental history and employment history. We utilize TransUnion SmartMove for a credit and background check. We require a TWO year lease and not a 1 year lease as noted.
