Current Household: Two male professionals: Air Force member (30) Radiology tech@urgent care clinic (24) About the Room & Home: Furnished with a full-size mattress, desk, and chair. Shared bathroom between radiology tech and future tenant All utilities included (electricity, water, internet, garbage, HOA fees) Community pool (open Memorial Day Labor Day) Well-maintained home with weekly shared cleaning duties Lawn care is professionally handled Location: 10 minutes from I-35 and 410, near Walzem & In-N-Out Close to Randolph AFB, making it ideal for military personnel 10 minutes from 1604 and Randolph/ FM 78 exit. If you're interested or have any questions, feel free to reach out! Looking forward to finding the right fit. Deposit: $200 due upon signing. Lease Duration: Minimum 6-month lease required. After 6 months, the lease converts to a month-to-month agreement. Early Termination: If a tenant vacates before completing 6 months, the $200 deposit is non-refundable. Military Clause: Active military personnel are eligible for a deposit refund upon providing valid documentation. Pet Policy: One (1) small dog allowed with an additional $200 deposit, due at signing, subject to the same refund policy. One (1) large dog allowed with an additional $400 deposit, due at signing, subject to the same refund policy. Excessive Barking/Behavior Issues: If a dog is an excessive barker or untamed, creating disturbances, the tenant will be required to vacate the property. Cats are not allowed due to a tenant's allergy.
