This is a great building at the North end of the Ave. near Cowen/Ravenna Park. One of the best locations in town- close to Greenlake, I-5, UW, WholeFoods, Trader Joes and lots of cool shops. The building is quiet, gets lots of light and has balconies in every apartment. It is well maintained with a very responsive manager/maintenance person. A very enjoyable place to live! Owners would like first, last and deposit. Last month's rent can be split in 3 payments if necessary
