Occupant is defined as one who will be present in the unit for number of days equal to 50% or more of the month. First and last requested for lease exceeding 3 months. Lease of 1-3 months, security deposit = $700. 3-6 months lease, deposit of $1000, +6 months deposit $1400. No altering of the walls, floor, ceiling allowed - that includes no painting, no removing or adding pictures or blinds or removal of furniture without permission from management. Please leave the premises as you received it. No smoking, no pets. During the lease, tenant is responsible maintain and clean the space, remove trash regularly. Broom and dustpan are provided to assist. Trash bins are put on the curb Sunday evening for collection every Monday morning. The bins are accessible on property for mid-week use. A cleaning fee of $100 will be included in the first month's rental rate and applied at the end of the lease.
