    Located near Camino al Norte and Ann. Granite countertops in the kitchen. Comes with washer/dryer, refrigerator, oven, and microwave. Backyard is landscaped with decorative rock and has a patio with covering. There is a gas hookup in the back of the house for a grill. The master bedroom has a walk in closet and a separate shower and bathtub. Four bedrooms upstairs and one bedroom downstairs. Downstairs has a den also that can easily be another bedroom or a workspace. Solar panels are installed and will lower the monthly NV Energy bill by about $185. The monthly bill is usually around $13. Property is section 8 approved. All utilities to be in tenants name. I will leave them on for one week after move in to give you time to make arrangements. Pets are allowed but there will be a one time $500 nonrefundable fee per pet and rent will be an extra $150 per month. The washer/dryer, microwave, and refrigerator are provided at the beginning of the lease for the tenants to use. Tenant has 30 days to let landlord know if something is wrong with one of these appliances. After that the landlord is no longer responsible for them. No smoking inside of the property. For the first 30 days, if there are any weeds, landscaping needs, or pest issue, landlord will be responsible but after 30 days the tenants are responsible. Security deposit and first months rent are due before move in.
