    Hello, I'm Joel. I have one room with a private entrance that is available 12-2-25 in my 5-bedroom, 2 bath, Spring Hill, single family home. The rent is $700 and includes all utilities and internet. The home is located on Mariner Blvd. Please note, the room is intended for 1 occupant, no couples. Presently, this is an adult household with 3 males and one female. They are in their 50's and 60's, courteous, and they clean up after themselves. I'm 65 and a snowbird. Each of us does our part around the house as that allows for harmonious living. You must have no problem doing your part to keep the place in order. There are house rules that must be followed. They aren't anything crazy and are based on common courtesy and consideration. The home is equipped with central air and heat. As I pay for everything, I'm seeking someone who won't waste energy or water, and who cares about their carbon footprint. You should have no problem with recycling as ours is a green household. One of the bedrooms is occupied during the winter months by me and my dog. The rest of the year there will only be 4 people in the home including perhaps you. Again, this is a 1-person rental and is not being rented to couples. Please note, if you have a dog, we can talk about it. While some landlords do not allow access to the kitchen, it bears mention, I do not subscribe to such nonsense. You will have full access to the kitchen, laundry room, the gym in the living room, and the landlord's grill in the back yard that's situated on a spacious deck. Please note, the home is on Mariner Blvd, and is 2 miles from Cortez Blvd, and also 2 miles from Northcliffe Boulevard. The driving score is outstanding, and the home is on the bus route. Howies Pizza is less than a mile down Mariner Blvd, and there's also a Cuban market a few blocks away with great, reasonably priced food, and a gas station mini mart next door as well. A block past the mini-mart on the opposite side of Mariner Blvd is a breakfast place. Proof of employment or other income, and rental references, must be provided. You must also be able to pass both a background and credit check. I'm seeking someone with a solid credit score. An amount of $1400 is needed to move into the home which includes the $700 rent and another $700 for the security deposit. Please contact Joel for more information, and to arrange a viewing. PS. Smoking is allowed outside as long as you dispose of your butts properly in a plastic bag and throw them in an outside trash can. Please inquire by phone.
