MONTH-TO-MONTH Hi! I'm moving out for a closer location to work and school so I must leave my beloved roommate and our home. About the place: Unfurnished (The images are before I moved in, so if you visit, it will probably still have my stuff). Big closet space, dual pane windows. The unit is on the second floor (6 units in the building). The rest of the place is furnished. There's a washer/dryer on the bottom level for $1 each. It's a gated complex with a front and back gate. All the neighbors are nice! It will be $500 monthly rent by the 1st of each month, with utilities about $50/mo (electricity, gas, trash, internet is TWC 50 MBs, so great internet speed!). There is also a $100 security deposit as well as a $60 modem fee. This place is SUCH a perfect location. It's central to Beverly Hills, Culver City, UCLA, DTLA, Marina Del Rey, LAX, Santa Monica etc. etc. It's pretty much in the middle so everything takes 15 minutes. There's an awesome park down the street where you can bike all the way to the beaches (no cars, woohoo!) About the roommate: His name is George in his early 40s and he is AWESOME. He is Ecuadorean, so chill and very understanding for whatever you need. I'm a 27 year old little Filipina Woman and we got along so well - he became like my big brother. He's a counselor, and works out a lot so expect tons of positive energy.
