Private room (partly furnished) in a 3bd 1 ba apartment unit in the basement. Rent is $700/month including utilities. There is a shared washer and dryer for the units in the house. I have a cat as well. The place is close to U-district, a 20min walk to UW campus. Around the corner from the 45 bus line and in close proximity to the light rail. College students preferred, females in their 20s only. Starts as early as December 8th and goes until August 30th, 2026.
