The tenants of Cottage Creek Estates are quiet, responsible, & have excellent rental history. They understand the places are not soundproof. They usually attract introverted, conscientious, respectful and quiet people that are looking for cost effective living that's safe and includes almost all utilities, with responsive maintenance. It's quite carefree, minimalist living. Close to town, but not in town. Mix of meadows, woods and a creek runs through the development. Fox, beavers, deer, ducks, etc...we have wildlife.
