Noise from A/C compressors and cooling/heating fan and from above..(previous owner removed carpeting and sound proofing and installed vinyl planks without sound proofing.) Shoddy original construction. Several walls uninsulated to exterior. Problems with the deeds and governance by master and sub association. Master association never setup up legally and properly. Low income and trashy neighbors , junk cars litter parking lot, littering, surrounding condominium buildings poorly maintained.
