Furnished, clean, and cheerful house available in one of the best school districts in the greater Seattle area. Ideally we are renting it for the academic year, and preference will be given to students, graduate students, and visiting faculty of educational institutions. The house is a few minutes walk from excellent elementary and middle schools. It is two minutes from the bus to the Lynnwood transit center and the link train that goes to the University of Washington and downtown. The neighborhood is very safe and friendly with parks and wide sidewalks. It is a 20 minute walk to the Safeway for groceries and a short ride to Mill Creek center. The house itself is partially renovated with new floors, carpets, furnace/AC, etc. The living room has skylights and a tall sloped ceiling. It has most of the furniture you will need, including new computer desks in each bedroom, new bed frames, new mattresses, new sofas, and a new dining table. There is a large master bedroom and two smaller secondary bedrooms. It has a ton of small appliances and cleaning equipment, including laundry. Utilities are the responsibility of the renter, but we can keep the accounts in our name if that is convenient. The house has fiber internet. At the moment the garage is full and thus not available. The front parking pad has space for two cars. Pets negotiable, but given the brand new flooring it is unlikely that we will accept dogs. Renter is responsible for all utilities.
