The room has a medium sized walk-in closet. The house is airconditioned and has fiber internet. This bedroom shares a bathroom with 2 other roommates. The house has large open living spaces, a medium sized yard and a back patio. Washer/dryer and dishwasher are available in the house. Opryland resort is a 5 minute drive away. East Nashville and downtown are a 15 minute drive away. Rent will be $750/month. Rent does NOT include utilities. Utilities are shared between roommates and run to ~$150/month. Free street parking is available next to the house. Fully refundable security deposit of $900 required at lease signing. Lease will be month to month, 6 month or longer lease preferred. This is a co-ed residence, roommates are all genders with ages from early 20's to mid 50's. House is not a party house, we do have friends over from time to time. We expect common courtesy with keeping shared space neat and clean.
