We also had chickens in the gated area, so you could use that similarly if you wanted. There is a pet deposit and pet rent of 15 dollars extra a month per pet. This will depend on the pet. If you have a dog, then it's 15 extra. If you have a hamster, then don't worry about paying anything extra. House will be mostly maintained by renters.
