This is a furnished townhome w/ a deck and walkout basement. I need to sublet while I'm away for a Study Abroad Program. Subleaser may move in anytime until mid/late January. Rent is $555 per month and does not include water, electric, or cable. One other roommate will be present in the townhome and will split the cost of the utility bills. The living room/kitchen area is fully furnished and the extra bedroom consists of an attached full bathroom and walk-in closet. Parking will be available.
