This living arrangement works out great and allows for lots of privacy, as the levels are fully separated. Parking is on the street, but very convenient and generally right out front. If you think the place might work, or have any questions we would love to chat! Utilities will be included in rent. No cigarettes. Refundable pet deposit of $350 and we would like to meet the pet(s). This space is available for an individual renter only. 6 month and 1 year lease options available.
