Re-let! Hello all. My partner and I are looking to sublease our studio apartment. It is located at 5533 N Kenmore Ave, 3rd floor walk-up. We are looking to re-let. The sublease would be from October (day) 2021 to June 2022 and you can choose to renew after with the Krenger company. Utilities include water and gas. The monthly rent is $825. There is a $300 administrative fee due upon submitting application on the krenger company website but no other fees or deposits. Renter responsible for electricity and internet if wanted.
