Hey there! My name is Mustafa, and I am re-letting my studio apartment in Edgewater, IL! I moved into the neighborhood in November 2020, and have since enjoyed it very much. The studio I am in is on the intersection of Bryn Mawr Ave. and Kenmore Ave. It is about a 7 minute walk from the lakefront, a 10 minute walk from Hollywood Beach, and a 5 minute walk from the Bryn Mawr Red Line CTA train stop. Andersonville is only a 15 minute walk west, where there is an abundance of restaurants, cafes, and boutique shops to enjoy! The night life in Andersonville is fairly lively, especially on the weekends. The studio is on the first floor of a large complex. The kitchen is fairly large, with ample counter space for cooking. It has a brand new refrigerator, and a fairly new oven. W/D are coin-operated, and are located on the premises. Rent is $810/month, and does not include utilities. There is a one-time $300 application fee, and security deposit required. In the winter time, my utility bills hardly exceeded $75/month (for electricity and internet), and has been even less than that in the summer time (around $61/month). Parking is all free on small streets in the entire neighborhood, and finding spots is fairly simple.
