The bright bottom unit of our duplex (near the airport) is available immediately. Ideally, we would like to sign a lease until March 1st. There is potential to then sign a year long lease starting in March, however that is not guaranteed at this time. The unit is partially furnished - the furniture in the photos comes with. Rent is $1700. We require a one month rent deposit. This deposit payment can be split over 2 months. We also need to meet your pets before agreeing to rent the unit. You'll have your own fenced yard and separate entrance. The unit has its own laundry. We're at the end of a dead end street so the neighborhood is pretty quiet. Additionally, we live upstairs. Driveway parking is included - two very long side by side spaces. Garage space is NOT available, however an 8x6 storage shed is provided. This is a non smoking unit.
