The first floor houses the kitchen, formal dining room, entry hall, living room and half bath. As you can see in the photos, the kitchen is filled with original beautiful cupboards. Two separate stairways bring you to the second floor with large sized bedrooms, (one of which has a small walkout porch). Each bedroom has a generous closet. The main bath contains a claw foot tub(with shower). The 3rd floor has a finished room, (great for a home office), and lots of storage in the attic. A washer/dryer hook up is available in the basement. It is fully insulated with storms on every window. Due to the original plaster walls and ceilings, exercise equipment is not allowed other than in the basement.
